Terms of Service

Who you are buying from

These terms are between you and luson.ai ("we", "us"), the seller of record for every order placed here and the name that appears on your card statement. Reach us at support@luson.ai.

What we provide

A virtual private server ("your box") with AI coding tools pre-installed, and metered access to third-party AI models through our gateway. Service is provided on a monthly subscription.

Your box

You get an agent user with sudo. We retain management root access for updates, support, and security patching. We do not inspect the contents of your box.

AI usage

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage, measured in the underlying model cost. When it is used up, AI requests are refused until the allowance resets or you top up. If you enable auto top-up, we charge your card for additional credit up to the limit you set.

Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, no cryptocurrency mining, no sending bulk unsolicited email, and no activity that risks the suspension of our upstream provider accounts. We may suspend a box that breaches this, without refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your box remains available until the end of the period you have paid for, and is then permanently destroyed along with all data on it. We do not keep backups of your box.

Where we can sell

We are not yet registered for VAT/GST in the EU, the UK, India or South Korea, so we cannot sell to customers billed there. If an order is placed from one of those countries it is refunded in full, immediately, and no box is created.

Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before tax. Where we are required to charge VAT, GST or a similar tax, it is calculated and added at checkout, and shown to you before you pay.

Immediate supply

Your box is built as soon as your payment succeeds — that is the service you are buying.

Availability

We do not offer an uptime guarantee. Service is provided "as is", without warranty.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding month.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email.
