If we cannot deliver your box

If provisioning fails — for example, if there is no capacity in the region you chose — we refund your payment in full automatically and cancel the subscription. You do not need to ask.

If you cancel

Subscriptions run to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-months. Your box stays available until the period ends, and is then destroyed.

AI top-ups

Credit purchased through auto top-up is consumed as you use it and is not refundable once spent. Unused credit does not carry over past the billing period.
