What we collect

• Account data: your email address and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• The SSH public key you give us, which we install on your box.
• Usage metering: for each AI request we record the model used, the token counts, the cost, and the timestamp, so we can meter your allowance and bill you.

Where your data goes

AI requests from your box travel to our gateway, which forwards them to Amazon Bedrock in the AWS region you selected. AWS states that Bedrock does not use your inputs or outputs to train models and does not share them with model providers.

Your box

We retain management root access to your box for updates, support, and security patching. We do not inspect the contents of your box as a matter of policy.

Retention

Order and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. When you cancel, your box and its contents are destroyed.

Analytics

We measure site traffic with our own self-hosted, cookieless analytics running on our infrastructure. It is first-party and needs no cookie-consent banner; we use no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other third-party tracker, so your visit is never shared with an outside analytics company.
